Apple Music Replay is a feature that lets you relive your musical journey from the beginning of the year to the end. Unlike other services that offer only a single year-end summary, Replay provides a dynamic record of your listening habits that updates weekly.

  • Replay Yearly Playlist: Starting in early February, Apple Music Replay automatically generates a playlist featuring your most-played songs of the year. It may start small but grows over time, eventually reaching up to 100 songs. This playlist is updated weekly.
  • Monthly Listening Stats: Beyond the playlist, Apple Music Replay provides detailed monthly reports on your total listening time and top rankings for artists, albums, and genres, allowing you to see exactly how your mood shifted from January through December.
  • Year-End Recap: Usually in early December, the year-end Replay is released to offer a comprehensive summary of your entire year in music.

2. How to Get Your Apple Music Replay 2026

  1. Open the Apple Music app or log in to your account at music.apple.com.
  2. Go to Home and scroll down to the bottom to find the Replay: Your Top Music.

  • Find your yearly top songs on Apple Music, which are updated weekly and contain up to 100 songs.

3. If Your Apple Music Replay Is Still Not Shown

If you still don’t see Apple Music Replay 2026, you might need to listen to more music. Also, make sure that Use Listening History is turned on for all your devices.

1. Listen to more music

Tap “Your January Replay is here” (or the current month) to check whether you have listened to enough music for Relay. Once you’ve listened to enough music, you’ll receive a notification indicating that your Replay is ready.

2. Turn on “Use Listening History”

On iPhone or iPad:

  • Go to Settings > Apps > Music and enable “Use Listening History”.

  • Choose Music > Settings in the Apple Music app, click the General tab, and select “Use Listening History”. Then click OK.
