Spotify is ahead in terms of user numbers, quantity and variety of playlists and general navigation/browsing. However, it is not integrated with Virtual DJ. Actually Spotify doesn’t work with any dj software.
You cannot use Spotify directly to Virtual DJ for mixing and remixing songs. Also, you cannot use those offline Spotify songs with Virtual DJ even though you've downloaded them with a Premium account.
However, there is an altenative. As Virtual DJ also supports local music, you can download Spotify music to mp3 files and then import them to Virtual DJ.
If you also have Deezer, Tidal or SoundCloud account, you can transfer your Spotify playlists to these services with playlist transfer tool like soundiiz.com. Note that not all of your songs will transfer over though, so you'll have to double check the playlist and delete any songs that are wrong or aren't available in your country.
